I was raised in a home where we were told never to envy the next person but to admire and work hard. I just have to admit that I envy starters. Starters are people who initiate merriem-webster dictionary.
I believe in this world we all have one thing in common. We are all given dreams/ideas equally. But then there are two kinds of people: the starter who follow their dreams and do all they can do to let their vision come to reality and then there are those who make excuses as to why they are not taking any actions to make their dreams come true. The strange thing is that the non starters admire and want to be on the presence of the starters/doers with hope that some of that courage and confidence will rub off on them. In 2018 I want to be a starter, however self sabotage, fear and self doubt has been in my head. How does one push through with all this emotions?
I have figured that this are some of the things starters do:
They start even when they are afraid
They start when they are doubting themselves
They start without seeing the next time.
They start when it looks like it’s not going to work out.
They start with or without support
They are comfortable with starting slow
They start where they are
They start with what they have
